Forging

1 - After the forging process, deburring, normalization, controlled cooling, sandblasting and crack control processes take place.

It has a flexible production line and product variety with 2 - 1.000 kg - 32.000 kg forged hammer / maxi and air presses.

In the forging production department, it works in 2-3 shifts and carbon steels, stainless steels and special alloy (titanium etc.) steels from 0.5 kg to 300 kg can be forged.
